Good: Very convinient as it's right on the beach front. CPF members guard cars. Reception staff and security helpful and very friendly. Rooms very clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast very well done. SAPS patrols the roads and beach on foot so felt safe. Prices are good, I could recommend it to any holidayers.
Not good: The double bed was too small, though comfy. Housekeeping only cleaned the room after 2pm, not acceptable. No do not disturb sign so housekeeping knocked. There is only one ironing board in the building only at the first floor. |

The Hotel is well Managed and their Rooms they are so clean, you can able to see the Beach all the way from yor room. and their prices are reasonable. i'm going back on the 24/12/09. their Breakfast is super good. |

Rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. Will stay there everytime we visit Durban.
Reception very friendly and security always at the door ready to assist.

Well managed hotel right on the beach, very convenient. part of the Blue Waters group I think, well run. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Very well priced. Can recommend it to holiday makers. |
