DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required to secure any reservation. Should the deposit not be paid within 2 working days, after the confirmation was received, the booking will be released without further notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing and Overmeer must accept receipt of cancellation by return e-mail or written correspondence. No telephonic cancellations will be accepted.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required for peak season, Easter weekend and Oyster Festival reservations. Full payment must be received for these reservations and should the booking be cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in date the total booking value is payable.

All other reservations are subject to:
Cancellations received 4 weeks or more prior to check-in date - 100% of deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations received 14 to 29 days prior to check-in date - 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations received 7 to 13 days prior to check-in date - 25% of deposit will be refunded*
Cancellations received 0 to 6 days prior to check-in date - the total accommodation bill is due.

* Deposit will only be refunded should the Guest House be able to resell the reserved room(s). Refunds are to the sole discretion of the owners and individual circumstances will be taken into consideration.
