Here you can rest your soul. This spacious, luxurious and well equipped five bedroom home (323 square metre) is centrally located in the coastal holiday town of Plettenberg Bay within the popular Riverclub development on the banks of the Piesang River (sleeps a minimum of four people and a maximum of 10 people).

This home provides a first rate base from which to enjoy the area’s stunning beaches, breathtaking forests an natural surroundings and it’s a 5 minute drive to the golf course and gym facilities.

This upmarket home with sun-basked interior spaces is furnished in minimalist neutral sand colours complimented by quality finishes. The large open plan living areas lead to a patio with outdoor dining facilities, overlooking a pond and well maintained gardens.

There is underfloor heating in the living areas and a gas fireplace in the lounge for the colder winter months. The security complex offers a fresh water swimming pool (fenced in but has no net or covering), two tennis courts and squash courts and it’s a 10 minute walk to Central beach and Beacon Isle Shopping Centre (Spar, pharmacy, dentist, doctor, restaurants and liquor store).

ACCOMMODATION

The ground floor consists of a open plan lounge, dining room leading onto a patio with braai facilities, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double door fridge freezer, microwave and stove), one spacious luxury twin bedroom, guest toilet and double garage.

The first floor consist of four spacious luxury bedrooms, three doubles of which two walking out to balconies with en-suite bath, shower, basin and toilet and another one twin bedroom walking out to a balcony with a separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. All of these bedrooms lead into a TV room.

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES

The surrounding area promises entertainment for the whole family offering water and beach sports, kayaking and canoeing, diving, abseiling, horse riding, whale watching, birding, bungy jumping off the world’s highest bridge in Tsitsikamma, mountain biking, polo, scenic flights, sunset cruises, fishing or hiking the Robberg Peninsula.

The Barnyard at the Crags offer shows of a very high standard. Monkeyland and the Bird- and Elephant Park will be a treat for young and old. Our new movie theatre is situated in The Market Square shopping centre for those rainy days.
