Comfortable and spacious 4 bedroomed holiday home for 8 guests with 2 separate bathrooms, each with glass shower cubicle, hand basin and water closet. This traditional South African farmhouse has been delightfully refurbished, is situated near the top of the farm and most suitable for families and small groups. It has a large open plan lounge area with a lovely view of the farm, SABC TV plus satellite dish (bring your own DSTV decoder and card) and an old fashioned built in fireplace. The modern kitchen section provides for your every culinary need and leads out onto a covered patio and then into the garden and braai (barbeque) area, with paved access to the upper swimming pool and deck area. Lavender Cottage Sleeps 4 - 5 in 3 bedrooms. (1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). 1 bath room, Swimming pool - communal. Pet Friendly - secure fenced garden. Lavender Cottage has unsurpassed views accross the Fynbos hills and farmlands to Stanford, Hermanus Lagoon and Hermanus itself. The shaded stoep with patio chairs and table overlooks a private and securely fenced garden. A portable bbq is available for guests use. Lavender Cottage has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area fully furnished with comfortable cottage furniture, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV and medium sized dog basket. There is a communal back garden with fish pond, bird feeder, built in bbq area and swimming pool with a viewing deck, overlooking the whole farm. Protea Studio Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. This light and spacious studio is a delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower & wc) self-catering holiday apartment with an open plan lounge area overlooking the swimming pool area. The main bedroom is spacious and has a double bed with side tables, garden views and ample cupboards. The second bedroom is twin-bedded with two single beds, garden views and ample cupboard space. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the front garden with its water feature and gold fish pond as well as the braai (barbeque) area. The swimming pool is sheltered and salt-chlorinated and it has a stunning deck from which one can take in the views to Hermanus across the rolling green fields that are all around Stanford. Water Lily Studio Sleeps 2. Double storey. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 1 large shower room, communal swimming pool. Water Lily Studio is a double storey apartment, sleeps 2 and has a double bed in the upstairs bedroom, filled with light as well as having one of the most stunning views of the farm. The separate bathroom contains a shower, hand basin and water closet. The downstairs section comprises a separate kitchen nook and lounge area with double doors opening directly into the pool area.
