In order to secure your booking we will need your complete credit card details (Visa or Mastercard). Credit cards will be debited upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of any booking must be received in writing and acknowledged by Nine Flowers.
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior arrival, the cancellation fee will be payable as follows:
21 to 29 days prior arrival: 25% of total amount
14 to 20 days prior arrival: 50% of total amount
8 to 14 days prior arrival: 75% of total amount
0 to 7 days prior arrival: 100% of total amount
