I would like to thank Mr Wheatly for the lovely prize we won and for the stay in his lovely hotel. I would like to give a special thank you to Hugo for making our stay very momorable and for the outstanding service he gave us as well as the exceptional professionalism he displayed. Hugo is an absolute asset to this lovely hotel. He made us feal right at home. Port Alfred need more people like Hugo, he is a perfectionist. Things would run a lot smoother in Port Alfred if they had more people like him. The staff were exceptionally professional and extremely friendly. I would like to thank Sherwin for his lovely personality and professionalism. I would also like to thank the Chef for the oustanding lamb shank he served for dinner. I have yet to have lamb shank that tasted as good as the one served to us on Saturday evening, It was done to perfection and the presentation was oustanding. Well done to the Chef. I will definitely be recommending the My Pond Hotel to my family and friends and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the receptionists as well as the waitresses. A job well done.
You can be proud of your staff. They deserve all the credit for the perfect stay we had in your lovely Hotel.
