To secure reservations we do require a 30% deposit within a mutually agreed time frame.
Balances are due on arrival.
Payments may be made via VISA or MasterCard only, internet or manual banking.
Whilst telephonic enquiries are accepted any and all reservation and confirmation details are and will be via fax or e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days prior arrival date - forfeit 100% of deposit.
From 7 to 14 days prior arrival date - forfeit 75% of deposit.
From 14 to 21 days prior arrival date - forfeit 50% of deposit.
From 21 to 28 days prior arrival date - forfeit 25% of deposit.
