DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 10% administration and cancellation fee will be kept for any deposit refunded.

In the case of a cancellation within one week before arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be charged, unless we are able to sell the room.
In the unlikely event of a group reservation being cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the hotel will levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the cancelled accommodation should our efforts to resell the accommodation in question not be successful.
