CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to check-in date, a 15% administration fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 5-7 days prior to check-in date, 25% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made 0-4 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Non-arrival, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
