A 50% deposit is required in order to secure accommodation, catering and all other costs

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation, money will be refunded according to the following cancellation fees (depending on when we are notified of cancellations)
12 months or more – 15% cancellation fee
9 months – 25% cancellation fee
6 months – 50% cancellation fee
3 months – 75% cancellation fee
Less than 3 months – no refund
The booking deposit is not refundable
