We stayed 3 nights with Wim and Rita, they made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, the only thing missing from the delightful accommodation was somewhere to put your bits and pieces in the bathroom, a larger shelf would be nice, and a dressing table with power point nearby in the bedroom area, this would have made it perfect. The surrounding were beautiful and the nearby restaurant was wonderful. We hope to return next year, maybe for a little longer. |

We stayed with Wim and Rita for just the one night, but will be returning for a longer stay in November hopefully. The accommodation is lovely and immaculately clean and well kept. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in South Africa. |

Review by: Anja van Ommering, Kortenhoef (stayed: September 2008)
We stayed one night with Wim & Rita. Very friendly people and the thatched cottage we stayed in was marvellous!! Everything one can think of to be in a (self catered if needed) accommodation, was there! We did not have the most of luck weatherwise, but the open fire kept us warm! And the hospitality also did.
As Wim & Rita suggested, we had dinner at Rosendal, the "neighbours", also a very good choice! And the price is very reasonable, certainly not too much for what is offered (breakfast was a joy by the way!!) So, my compliments to Wim & Rita! Anja van Ommering |
