Rest of the year (a maximum of 6 persons)* R1500.00 per night for the house
Notes:
* 1 night stays @ R2000.00 per night for the house
Stay of 21+ days @ R1000.00 per night for the house (not applicable during any December period).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit payable within 48 hours to confirm the booking. Balance payable two weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be in writing. The following penalties will apply when a booking is cancelled.25% of deposit for cancellations more than 20 days before arrival. 50% of deposit for cancellations 15 to 20 days before arrival. 75% of deposit for cancellations 7-14% before arrival. 100% of deposit for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or non-arrivals.
