DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Provisional bookings will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit is received, the balance in due 30 days before arrival. If a 50% deposit is not received by the due date as outlined in your Acknowledgement, Lightleys reserves the right to cancel the provisional reservation. Any booking made for the period 12 Dec – 11 Jan requires the balance payment of 50%, 90 days before arrival. The hire fee is due and payable in cash or credit card by the hirer before arrival. Unfortunately no cheques are accepted by Lightleys.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be received in writing. Lightleys will honour an 85% refund of the amount paid, if cancellation is received 30 days before arrival (90 days before arrival over the festive season). If cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival (90 days over the festive season) all payment will be forfeited. Lightleys regrets no exception can be made for personal emergencies as a cause of cancellations.
