Port Alfred is also the home of the Big Pineapple and the Kowie Chu Chu. The Kowie Chu Chu is Port Alfred’s very own tourist train. It travels up to historic Bathurst, north of Port Alfred. Learn all about Pineapples, and shop for pineapple curios and gifts inside the biggest mane made pineapple in the world. The Bathurst Agricultural Museum, Toposcope and Horse-shoe Lookout Point in the Waters Meeting Reserve are only a few of the many historical and scenic sites to be visited.
