DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits may be charged to secure reservations. In such a case, a 50% deposit will be due within 10 days.

Accommodation will automotically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 1 week before expected arrival or in the event of a “non-arrival”. Deposits will be refunded (less 20% administrative fee) in the case of cancellations prior to 1 week before arrival.

Full account is due on arrival or prepaid electronically. We regret no cheques.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to charge full price for reservations which are not cancelled at least 48 hours before expected time of arrival. All other cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of total rate.
