DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required within 72 hrs of receiving the reservation forms. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. Balance is due one-month prior to travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should the reservation be cancelled:
More than six weeks prior to travel - an admin fee of R100.00 will be charged
Between six and four weeks of arrival - 25% of the total amount will be forfeited
Within four and two weeks of arrival - 50% of the total amount will be forfeited
Less than 48 hours of arrival - 100% of the total amount will be forfeited
