CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to booking 100% of the total bill (unless booking can be resold). Cancellations less than 15 days prior to booking: 50% of the total bill. Cancellations more than 15 days prior to booking: 20% of the total bill.
