CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations one working day before arrival or same day as arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking amount.
• Holiday / Event periods: cancellation 7 working days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount.
• Group bookings (5 rooms or more): cancellation 10 working days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total amount; cancellation 5 working days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount.
• Refunding of deposits: handling fee of 10% of total booking amount.
• Damage to facilities for guests or guest's company account.
