DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with iGwalagwala Guest House for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is made 0-14 days before date of arrival, or no-show, the visitor will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid and if a cancellation is made 0-5 days before date of arrival, the visitor is liable to pay the outstanding accommodation price as well.
If a cancellation is made 15-28 days before the date of arrival, the visitor will forfeit the greater of 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value.
If a cancellation is made more than 29 days before the date of arrival, the visitor will forfeit the greater of 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value.
Please note that a 7% administration fee is applicable on any refunds processed.
