CANCELLATION POLICY

On receipt of written instruction to cancel reservation, banking details included, Ideal Guesthouse will refund the applicable amount. A 7% administration fee is levied on any refund processed.
Cancellattions 0-14 days prior to agreed date of arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit.
Cancellations made 15-28 days prior to agreed date of arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
Cancellations made 29 days prior to agreed date of arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit.
