DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking and no booking will be confirmed until such deposit has been paid. The balance of the rental will be paid, in cash, on arrival, after inspection of the property (should you prefer to do a bank transfer for the balance, please do so before arrival).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation on bookings from 16 January to 31 November
0-14 days before arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
15-28 days before arrival forfeit 75% of the deposit.
29+ days before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation on bookings from 1 December to 15 January
4 Calendar months + before arrival forfeit 75% of the deposit.
2 Calendar months + before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Less than 2 Calendar months before arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, the applicable amount will be refunded within 3 working days. An administration fee of 7% will be charged on any refunds processed.
