This delightful wooden home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within 100 metres from the famous beach in Kleinemonde, Eastern Cape. The house has a 200 degree sea and lagoons panoramic view at the front and a view of the mountains at the back.
Kleinemonde is in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and 15 km from Port Alfred on the road to East London. A public walkway next to the house provides easy access to the seafront.
House Purfikt sleeps five people with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV’s with satellite viewing, a built-in safe, off-street parking, a local shop, petrol station and pub / restaurant all within a 10 minute walk.
The living area has level access from the street and as there are no stairs in the house it is extremely friendly to partially disabled persons. With a beautiful sea view from the enclosed deck, lounge, dining area, kitchen and two of the bedrooms, you will be able to enjoy House Purfikt and the beach at all times!
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and TV for your convenience. Lie in bed in the main bedroom and look at the view! The second bedroom, sleeping two, faces the mountain, and has an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom (sea facing) sleeps one.
The beautiful enclosed deck and house (6 m from the ground in the front, and level with the street at the back) gives you the most incredible 200 degree view of the beach and two lagoons with total privacy. The deck has windows which can be opened in good weather, for that outdoor feeling, as well as a round table with seating for 6 to ensure a lovely venue for meals, or just to relax! A high resolution telescope provides good bird watching!
Enjoy a lazy barbecue on a Weber grill in the garden, while watching the birds in the trees and the beautiful mountain view. Should you be more adventurous, take the light- weight portable barbecue to the beach and enjoy the sea breeze and a quick swim while the meat sizzles away. Two canoes are also at your disposal should you wish to row up the lagoon after your meal, or any other time of day during your stay!
Should you stay for more than 7 days, the house will be cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be provided half-way through your stay. Limited internet and Skype facilities are available on request. A fully equipped laundry is available for you and a daily cleaning service can be provided at a nominal fee. Extra freezing space is also available as there is a chest freezer as well as a full fridge / freezer.
