We had three days at Hopewell as part of a two week stay in South Africa, the rest of the time being at Kenton on Sea, not far away. The accommodation, food and attention we received were of the highest order and the Game Drives conducted by Manager/Ranger, Bruce, were rewarding in many ways, photographically and educationally. The animals on the 8000 acre reserve are doing so well, they are obviously happy in their environment, with elephant, cheetah, rhino, zebra and giraffe as well as many types of antelope proudly showing their offspring. They are all completely free to roam the wooded, hilly area and look after themselves - under a watchful eye of Bruce, who has 20 years experience on wildlife reserves. He is also a wonderful sculptor of African animals.
I really cannot speak too highly of this experience and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who gets the opportunity.
