Your Hoogland experience will include • Accommodation in a private room with bathroom. • Use of Therapy facilities: Steam bath, Sitz bath, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Water Jet Massage, Jacuzzi, Heated Swimming pools, Gym, etc. • Diet advice, meals, teas, bottled mineral water. • Guided walks and hikes in the game reserve. • Exercise classes and Aquarobics. • Lectures and demonstrations. • Relaxation classes most evenings. For guests with special needs • We cater to all dietary requirements. Guests that do not follow a prescribed diet choose meals from a menu. (Buffet on weekends.) • Nutritional analysis and individual reports are standard. (On request over weekends.) • Complete biokinetic evaluations are available at extra cost to guests staying five days or more. • Fax and copy facilities are available in office hours and Internet access is available free of charge to guests at all times. • Our shop stocks toiletries and clothes you might forget to pack. Hairdresser available most of the time. • Extras available: selection of physical and beauty treatments, biokinetics. Swim anytime: Warm and hot indoor pools: The therapeutic underwater jet pool is heated to 36º C. The big enclosed pool is also heated to a comfortable 30º C for swimming laps and for aquarobics. Both areas are lighted at night and in the evening a shy guest should have a pool to him or herself.
