Notes:
A minimum stay of 2 nights for the Tented Lodges and 4 nights for the Cottages during High Season.
Additional persons are charged R100 per person per night.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than one month prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit less a 10% administration fee over the total of the booking.
Cancellations made three to four weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made two to three weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit if the unit cannot be relet. In the event of the unit being sold to a third party, the full deposit will be refunded less 25% admin fee.
Please note that deposits for bookings in the High Season are not refundable, but in the case of a cancellation we will try our utmost to fill the nights which will then be refunded less 25% admin costs.
