DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with High Season Farm for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 'non-arrival' does not qualify for a refund
• A 10% handling fee applies if accommodation is re-booked
• Cancellation with less than one weeks notice does not qualify for a refund
• Cancellation with one to two weeks notice qualifies for a 25% refund
• Cancellation with two to four weeks notice qualifies for a 50% refund
• Cancellation with four weeks or more notice will be charged a 10% handling fee
