A 50% non refundable deposit is payable to confirm the booking. Reservations not paid in time will e cancelled. The full amount must be paid before receiving the keys .
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to arrival date will be liable to a 20% (of full amount) administration fee.
Cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival date will be subject to a 50% (of full amount) cancellation fee.
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival date will be subject to a 100% (of full amount) cancellation fee.
