Notes:
An additional daily service charge of R50.00 per day applies to all bookings, with an option of alternate days for a booking of only 2 people for a period of 5+ days or more.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A Deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of a booking, with the remaining 50% paid prior to arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of R200.00 is payable before arrival and will be settled with you upon departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you should cancel your booking at the Cottage, you will forfeit your deposit as follows:
If you cancel: 0-7 days before the booked date – 100% of your deposit
7-14 days before the booked date – 75% of your deposit
14-21 days before the booked date – 50% of your deposit or 15% of the booked amount depending on which is greater
21-28 days before the booked date – 25% of your deposit of 15% of the booked amount depending on which is greater
