DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the entire stay value.
If the deposit is not received as requested, the Lodge reserves the right to release the booking, as it is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any no show guests will be charge for the full booking, as will any early departures.
Cancellation 1 month or more prior to arrival date - 80% refund of deposit.
Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to arrival date - 50% refund of deposit.
Cancellation: No refund will be given for cancellation 14 days before arrival
Cancellation must be received in writing.

Public & Christmas Holidays:
Full payment is require 2 week before arrival.
