CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policies apply regarding the remaining 50% due (see below)
Cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival 10% of full stay charged
Cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival 50% percent of full stay charged
Cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival total price of reservation charged
Cancelled later, no-show or early departures: total price of reservation will be charged
Please note that Grande Kloof reserves the right to cancel any booking with two weeks notice.
Should this be the case any deposits paid will be refunded.
