DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit is required to be paid to secure all bookings. Such deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of the booking.
Alternatively, if you wish, you may fill in and sign a credit card information slip which will be e-mailed to you and which will be held to secure your booking until your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation notice received more than 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of deposit refunded.
For cancellation notice received 7 – 13 days prior to arrival – 25% of deposit refunded.
For cancellation notice received less than 7 days prior to arrival – zero deposit refunded.
Cancellations will only be accepted by fax or email and not telephonically.
