Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.
The following payments are required in order to confirm a booking at The Forum;
Fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within 3 (three) days of signing of the quotation / terms and conditions, and the balance shall be settled AT LEAST 7 (seven) business days prior to the commencement date. This shall be payable on the earlier of 1) at least 3 (three) days of signing of the quotation / terms and conditions or 2) at least 60 (sixty) days prior to the commencement date of the event; provided that, if the Deposit is not paid, The Forum reserves the right to cancel the tentative booking and recover any costs, expenses and/or damages incurred by The Forum as a result of the failure by the Client to comply with this section and any additional amounts or charges incurred after the above payment has been made shall be settled no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the event.
In the event that the Final Account is less than the quoted amount, The Forum shall refund the balance to the Client within 30 (thirty) days after the event.
If cancelled or postponed more than 120 days prior to commencement date: no fee
If cancelled or postponed more than 90 days but less 119 days prior to commencement date: 25%
If cancelled or postponed more than 60 days but less than 89 days prior to commencement date: 50%
If cancelled or postponed less than 59 days prior to commencement date: 100%
