CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check-in date, 100% of the total accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 8-14 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 15-21 days prior to check-in date, 25% of the total accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 22 days or more prior to check-in date, a cancellation fee of R100 applies.
