DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Bookings are secured by payment of the venue hire. 6 months prior to the wedding, 40% of the total cost is payable. 4 months prior to the wedding, 20% of the total cost is payable.
The balance is then payable in full a month before the wedding date. Final numbers, menu, decorations and specific requirements are to be confirmed by then and cannot be changed thereafter. No cash deposits allowed please unless paid directly to Everwood personnel.
All bank charges for negotiation of foreign payments are for the clients account. Everwood reserves the right to accept another booking in place of yours should any payment not be received by the specified dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of you canceling or rescheduling your date, after you have booked and paid, no refund will be made. Should it however, be possible to rebook a function on this date, due to rescheduling, provided Everwood will be generating the sales budgeted for this date, we will be happy to refund you 50% of the venue hire paid. (please note that it is advisable that you take out insurance for this).
Should you cancel the wedding within the 3 months prior to your wedding date, a refund will not be made and in addition to this, Everwood reserves the right to charge the balance of the estimated and proposed menu cost. A 10% administration fee will also be charged.
Everwood reserves the right to cancel any booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of any damage to, or destruction of the venue by fire, shortage of labour, strikes, industrial unrest, or any other cause beyond the control of Everwood, which shall prevent it from performing its obligations. In these circumstances every effort will be made to find an alternative venue.
The client must confirm all changes and cancellations in writing.
