Located in a secure golf estate, Emerald at the Bay is a lovely apartment with a beautiful sea view and everything you may need for a self catering holiday. The apartment is walking distance from the beautiful beaches of False Bay and there are walkways along the Soet River with various water features and small dams that offers sanctuary for birds. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third room has a single bed. The lounge offers comfortable couches and a TV with DStv on request. All you need to bring is your own beach towels. The unit is situated close to various restaurants, grocery stores and fast food outlets.; Emerald at the Bay is situated on the beach in the Greenways Golf Estate with beautiful surroundings and the most amazing sunsets. The unit is ideally suited for your next family vacation or for business travellers on their trips to the area. The complex offers a pool and braai facilities, a golf course and tennis courts, a bigger pool at the clubhouse where you can also enjoy a sundowner or light lunch at the restaurant.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
