DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking. Credit card is the preferred method (No Amex), EFT welcome if deposit slip/ proof-of-payment faxed/ e-mailed right away.

CANCELLATION POLICY

14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during stay or “no-show”: Full booking payment due.
15 to 28 days before date of arrival: full 50% deposit due.
29+ days before date of arrival: refund of deposit.
Please note that any bookings made for November to mid-February (inclusive) will forfeit full deposit on cancellation, unless previously arranged with Management.
