DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A booking is only confirmed to be in place when the accommodation is secured with a valid credit or debit card or an EFT payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify The Du Boirs Boutique Lodge via phone in the first instance. All verbal cancellation must be followed up by a written notification.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival date: There is no charge this excludes peak season periods or sole use bookings.
Between 7 days prior to arrival day, set at 5pm of day of arrival - cancellations made less than 7 days before but prior to 48 hours of arrival date, 5pm on the day,: a charge for the first night’s accommodation will be taken from the credit or debit card given with the booking, if for any reason the transaction is not allowed by our card processing company we will seek to recover the charges in any means necessary and all extra costs will be added and will be due for collection by ourselves or our agents.
