Daily Rate R3,000.00 per night for 3 rooms R5,000.00 per night for 4 rooms, exclusive use
Weekly rate R21,000.00 for 7 nights for 3 rooms R35,000.00 for 7 nights for 4 rooms, exclusive use
Montly Rate R80,000.00 for 30 nights for 3 rooms R120,000.00 for 30 nights for 4 rooms, exclusive use
Notes:
The Bermuda Suite is only available with exclusive use.
When renting the villa you have a full gourmet kitchen with cook and maid.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit if 50% is required within two days of making the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the date of arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 8-14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15-21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 22-28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations made in excess of 30 days may include a maximum of a 5% admin fee.
