The servant's quarters We were introduced to as Our booked room was very low standard, with floor half paved with paving bricks & other half had rough concrete. It was so unsafe for my kids. I ended up booking another guesthouse somewhere else.

Die Fonteine is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast. The owners gave us an extremely warm and personal welcome and made us feel at home immediately. We were very lucky and could enjoy one night an excellent home cooked three course dinner. The location of the guesthouse is perfect for visiting the Cango Caves and the Svartberg Pass. If we should ever come back to Oudtshoorn we will definitely stay here again.

Durch Zufall gefunden - begeistert gewesen! Wunderschöne Zimmer, riesiges, tolles Bad, klasse Frühstück, liebevolle Betreuung durch die Besitzerin - es war perfekt! Ein guter Stützpunkt für alle Ausflüge rund um Oudtshoorn ( den Swartberg-Pass darf man keinesfalls versäumen!!! ). Tipp: Restaurant "De oude meul" 3km weiter auf der Straße Richtung Kango Caves - excellentes Essen!
