DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order for a reservation to be confirmed, a 50% deposit is payable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation between 8 and 12 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 25% of deposit
Cancellation between 6 and 8 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancellation between 4 and 6 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 75% of deposit
Cancellation less than 4 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 100% of deposit
Cancellation less than 24 hours of arrival or "No Show", the guest will be held responsible for the full accommodation amount plus the meals booked for the first day.
Balance of accommodation amount is due upon arrival. No refunds will be paid for early departures or days booked but not occupied.
