DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Any outstanding balances toward your reservation must be deposited in full, 7 days prior to arrival. In order to guarantee the above reservation, please indicate your guarantee preference on the attached page and fax or email it back to us by details given below. Should we receive no response toward your booking's guarantee, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at which time you will be advised in writing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% of accommodation
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival = 25% of accommodation
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the full amount of stay will apply.
