An awsome and stunning place well situated just out af town. Very friendly reception by Ilse and the rooms are very comfortable and "Zen"designed. Peaceful! Good taste! Breakfast very good and our plate with fruits looked like a painting. |

There are a lot of establishments that could learn from 'De Erf' on how to look after their guests. The breakfast is well presented and a lot of effort is put in to 'keep the customer satisfied'.
Recommend very highly |

We spent two nights at De Erf and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly welcome, the delightfully presented and delicious breakfast, the rural chic decor of the rooms and the peace and quiet of the spectacular setting.
We will certainly recommend De Erf Manor House to friends and look forward to returning another time. A real gem. |

We had a fabulous stay at De Erf Manor House. The breakfasts were superb, coffee perfect, and Ilse is an excellent, warm hostess.
Graaff-Reinet is very much our sort of place for a few days stopover. The museums are good and we loved the majestic Valley of Desolation. We were able to visit Nieu Bethesda and the Owl House which is well worth the trip. |
