DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A minimum of 50% deposit for lodge and cottage accommodation is payable within 48 hours of booking, to confirm a reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival receives 75% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations 14 - 20 days prior to arrival receives 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations 8 - 13 days prior to arrival receives 25% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations 1 - 7 days prior to arrival forfeit the full deposit paid.
No arrivals will be liable for the full payment of the booking.
Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures, no exceptions.
