DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Deposit of 30-50% is required to confirm booking and will be refunded less any costs providing the booking is cancelled in writing 60 days or more before arrival. With the outstanding balance due before or on the day of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit will be non refundable should cancellation be within 60 days of arrival and the unit is unlet for the booking period or part thereof. (Part rental will result in pro rated repayment of deposit, less costs, payable after the departure date of cancelled booking.)

If you do not cancel your booking in writing 31 days prior to arrival, you will be responsible for the balance of the hire period
