How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit the full payment due on as quoted.
Cancellations from 8 – 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations from 15 – 21 days prior to arrival forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations from 22 – 28 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to arrival, receives the full deposit refund. (less 15% admin fee).
All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
