We invite you to come and live in the spirit of the Cederberg Mountains - with the sun as your only time and watch - for a few days in the peace and quiet of the Cederberg Wilderness Area. This is not your usual farm stay holiday, but a chance to really forget about everything and relax.

We offer self-catering cottages with Bed & Breakfast facilities. However, if you feel like a good, hearty home cooked meal, we can cater for that as well!

The farm has an option of four houses or cottages to choose from - The Annex, Die Kliphuis, The Cederberg Cottage and The Cederberg Chalet. It is your choice whether you would prefer to self-cater or to be served breakfast. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. Enjoy the outdoor braai areas and the magnificent starry skies on those peaceful Cederberg evenings and explore the attractions of the farm and vicinity during the day - We welcome you to our home.

ACCOMMODATION

Cederberg Cottage:
This is one of those rare gems that allows you to relax. Not to polished up that you are afraid to walk through with your tekkies, not to budget to be afraid of what is behind the couch. Just right to enjoy, rest and relax while on holiday.

An old raw clay brick building which is fully restored but still has a rustic feeling to it. It overlooks a sky blue splash pool which you have all to yourself. The unit is fully equipped with private bedroom and open plan living room. The Jetmaster offers a warm alternative for cold winter evenings. Sleeps four.

Cederberg Chalet:
Offers the birds eye view. It is more modern with face brick walls, but also fully equipped with a Jetmaster and futon in the living area. The perfect romantic break away accommodation. Sleeps two adults and two children. The chalet also has its own splash pool and braai area.

Annex:
This is a big house which sleeps eight. Two rooms have double beds and two rooms have twin beds. It has a spacious stoop to relax on in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine (remember to bring your own wine) while watching the stars. Everything in this house is spacious. Each bedroom has got a wall panel for winter time.

The Kliphuis:
Is adjacent to the Annex but has its own stoop. For the person who wants to be private but can enjoy an unexpected new friendship. The unit has an art deco feeling to it and can sleep four adults. It shares a pool with the Annex.

Breakfast and Dining

Everybody conjures up his or her own idea of B&B. Here you have got a choice of two if possibilities.

• Cold breakfast - this will be put in the refrigerator for you to enjoy tomorrow
• Warm breakfast - this will be served to you in the morning
• Dinners - on request only

Please book meals at least two days in advance and with booking accommodation.

Activities

• Hiking trails - there are numerous hiking trails at your doorstep on the farm and towards the Cederberg central area in Algeria and towards Dwars River. Please ask Mare about all the hiking trails available
• Mountain biking - please bring your own Mountain bikes to onto the numerous dirt roads and single tracks
• Swimming - each cottage has its own plunge pool for your privacy
• Bird watching, night sky watching - please bring your binoculars as we have the highest quality available in nature for your enjoyment
