Catalina Bay No.7 is a self catering apartment in Hibberdene, situated directly on the beautiful Indian Ocean beachfront. This 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment is comfortable furnished and accommodates up to 6 people. The ApartmentThe main bedroom leads onto the patio overlooking the sea, facilitating a cool evening breeze while you sleep and providing a view of the sea while unwinding in bed. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, share a bathroom. The air-conditioned and spacious open plan living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. The dining room table seats six people and the lounge (equipped with a home entertainment centre) leads onto a built-in braai patio overlooking the sea. All linen is provided, all you need to bring are towels. Clean linen will be provided during your stay. House cleaning is an optional extra. The ComplexThe beachfront side of the complex provides access to the beach, a beautiful garden area with a swimming pool and outside shower to rinse off after a day of fun, sun and sand! At the rear of the complex, approximately 100 meters, is a shopping centre boasting a Super Spar, Wimpy, KFC, bottle store, pharmacy, Laundromat, Video store, etc. The complex has 24 hour security with remote access and a covered parking bay is provided. Location & AttractionsOnly 90km drive from Durban Airport, Hibberdene is renowned for its exquisite fishing spots and Blue Flag main beach, which is 400 meters from the complex. With many activities in the area from Oribi Gorge “the highest swing in the Southern Atmosphere” to scuba diving, horse riding, river rafting, quad biking, crocodile parks, game parks, bird sanctuaries and several fine golf courses.
