At Brookdale, deep relaxation is at the core of de-stressing and the friendly, highly trained therapists present a range of pampering treatments focused on restoring well-being. An indoor heated pool and wet area compliment the outdoor swimming pool, hydro facilities and rest areas; providing a haven all year round with Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, juice bar and glassed deck. In addition, the Hydro offers a mosaic steam room, hydrotherapy baths, fully equipped gym and a magnificent studio, or experience walking the Labyrinth, the winding, doubling back path is symbolic of our personal journey through life.

The Studio is a place where you can relax your mind and tone your body with Yoga, Pilates and Guided Relaxation classes – an important component of lifestyle management. Dining

Contrary to myth, food at Brookdale is a major attraction! Three delicious, balanced meals and mid-morning and –afternoon snacks are served daily, and while the calorie content is controlled, the meals are tasty and superbly presented. Fasting is not advocated.

Accommodation

Brookdale offers en-suite accommodation to suit individual tastes with Standard en-suite rooms, Garden, Fountain, Courtyard and Forest Suites on a single or sharing basis. Suites are bordered by gardens in a tranquil environment. Rooms are tastefully appointed – light and cool in summer, warm and cosy during winter.

Choose from a 3 or 6 night invigorating package for your stay at the Hydro. If pressed for time, indulge in a day treatment at the Day Spa. Leave Brookdale feeling restored and prolong the experience with products from the health and beauty shop.
