Situated in the most beautful valley, down a dirt road. The mountain views are breathtaking, the service so friendly, the rooms of a very high standard and lots of added extras - Lavender punch on arrival followed by tea and homemade scones, and wine tasting and nibbles in the evening - all of which was complimentary. We had dinner 3 courses for only R165 - it was excellent, fillet steak that melted in the mouth. We slept so well, no traffic noise just a faint call of a owl - I really recommend this place

The most wonderfully relaxing guesthouse in all of the Cape. The location is amazing. The rooms are soooooo comfortable. The food is excellent. Abbi and her team offer the best service I have ever expeienced. Bovlei Valley Reteat was recommended to me. I have stayed there on my last two visits to the Cape. Now it is my opportunity recommend it..... simply a fabulous experience....... and their Dunstone wine is great!
