Boontjiesrivier Guest Farm is situated on Piet and Teresa Smit's citrus farm in the upper regions of the Olifants River Valley, 1 km outside of the town Citrusdal and a mere two-hour drive from Cape Town. Guests are invited to use this as a comfortable base to explore the famous Cedarberg Wilderness Area, the ruggedly beautiful West Coast or the spectacle of Namaqualand spring flowers, or simply soak up the tranquillity and invigorating atmosphere of the beautiful farm and countryside. AccommodationThe tastefully decorated guest suites consist of a lounge with Jetmaster fireplace and small colour TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, two spacious bedrooms (each with bathroom en-suite) and sleep up to six people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can enjoy the sparkling pool and generous patio with braai area, lovely garden and beautiful farm scenery. Bird watching is a favoured passtime and we have lovely hiking routes, one of which passes by rooibos tea lands.
